Our advertising and analytics tools include the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), Microsoft Clarity and the OpenAI advertising pixel. These tools help measure advertising effectiveness and attribute website activity to advertising campaigns. Microsoft Clarity also shows us how visitors use our pages, for example through heatmaps and recordings of clicks and scrolls. Depending on the tool and its configuration, information shared may include device and browser information, IP addresses, cookie or advertising identifiers, pages visited and conversion events.

When you submit an enquiry form, we also send some of your details to Meta directly from our server, using Meta's Conversions API. These are your email address, phone number, name and postcode in hashed form, which means they are converted into a scrambled code rather than sent in readable form, together with your IP address, browser details and Meta cookie identifiers where available. This lets Meta match your enquiry to an advert you saw, so we can measure and improve our advertising. We only send this information if you have accepted advertising cookies.

You can accept or reject optional cookies through our banner and change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie-settings control on our website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
